Робополе

Farm GIS for agroholdings

One map of the farm: land, water, machines, and harvest

Robopole is the operational map of a holding. Fields, irrigation, fuel, and the field passport in one place. The office works in the browser. The agronomist works from the phone.

What holdings still lose every season

Not because people are careless — because the map, the journal, the tanker, and the scale live in different notebooks.

Contours live in Excel

Cadastral plot and actual working contour are not the same thing. Lease, fallow, and next year’s copy sit in files nobody trusts.

Diesel disappears on the way

The tanker reported a fill. The field did not. Tracks and fuel have to meet on the same map.

Irrigated hectares are a guess

Canals, pumps, and watering logs are somebody’s memory. Water is the crop in Central Asia.

The field journal stays in the cab

Seeding, chemicals, scouting, harvest — on paper, in WhatsApp, or in the agronomist’s head.

What you actually get

Not a satellite slideshow. The working map of the holding, with agronomy, water, and machines on top of it.

Land

Digital field map

Cadastral parcels and actual contours, fallow, crop coloring, NDVI / Sentinel, year-to-year copy, KML and SHP export.

Water

Irrigation GIS

Irrigated and dry land, watering journal, canals, pumping stations, pipes, wells, towers, center pivots and DDA — on the same map as the fields.

Agronomy

Field passport

Crop and variety, seeding rate, tillage, fertilizers and crop protection, harvest, scouting (disease, pests, violations). Crop-rotation traffic light over four years.

Fleet

Machinery and fuel

Tracks on the field, geofences, fuel by vehicle and by field, tanker events, unconfirmed fuelings. Keep the GPS you already paid for.

Field

Agronomist app

Map, inventory, inspection with photo, GPS measurement of contours. Works in the field with no cell signal, then syncs in the evening.

Office

Reports and scales

Crops, seed, land bank, fuel, irrigation, agrochemistry, waybills, weighbridge — to Excel. Roles per farm.

Advantage

Your data stays on your farm

We deploy the full Robopole system on hardware you own — in the office, the cluster server room, or your data center. Field contours, GPS history, fuel, irrigation journals, and weighbridge tickets do not have to leave your network.

  • Web portal, mobile API, map services, and the database run on your servers.
  • The farm owns the data. We do not sell fields, fuel, or harvest to insurers, neighbors, or regulators.
  • No mandatory public cloud. Land, water, and fuel stay inside your perimeter.
  • Your IT keeps backups and access. We install, train, and support.

Cloud hosting is available if you want it. On-premise is the default offer.

Keep what you already bought

Robopole sits on top of the GPS, weather, scales, and accounting you already run. A tractor does not have to read a PDF — we connect the monitor already in the cab and export KML, SHP, and Excel.

  • GPS: AUTOGRAPH, Fort Monitor, Barus, Garvex
  • Weather: Metos, Agrokeep
  • Fuel tankers: Garvex, Avtomatika Plus
  • Weighbridge and 1C field / warehouse IDs
  • Satellite: Sentinel, VEGA NDVI, aerial survey
  • Export anytime: Excel, KML, SHP — field history stays with you

Who this is for

A holding of several farms, a thousand hectares or more, irrigation and/or a GPS-equipped fleet.

Holding director

One picture of hectares, crops, fuel, and harvest — without waiting for Excel from each site.

Chief agronomist

Field passport, crop-rotation traffic light, scouting from the phone.

Irrigation engineer

Canals, pumps, irrigated hectares, and the watering log on the same map.

Fleet and fuel control

Tracks, fuel by field, unconfirmed tanker events.

How to start

  1. 01

    Contours

Load cadastre and actual fields, or measure them with the app.

  2. 02

    People

Farms, roles, who may see land, fuel, irrigation, reports.

  3. 03

    Machines

Connect the GPS you already have. Fuel and tracks appear on the map.

  4. 04

    Install

On your servers or in our cloud. Agronomists get the app the same week.

More than software

The system is already on real fields. Next to it — a school for agronomists, and custom work for your farm.

Track record

Live farms

We monitor more than 50,000 hectares and hundreds of field sensors. We have worked with farms for over five years and go through every season with the people who actually use the system.

People

Roboschool

We train agronomists, share methods and field practice, and bring in experts. The map lives when people use it in the field.

For you

Custom development

A specific integration or feature is possible by agreement. We do not break the core for one farm, but we will build what you need to go live.

How this sounds on the farm

Not “ecosystem and artificial intelligence.” Answers to what people usually ask before they buy.

“Another cloud startup with toys?”

No. Over five years on real farms, more than 50,000 hectares on the map. We install on your servers — data does not leave for someone else’s cloud “to train a model.”

“Who will see my fields and fuel?”

Only your people, and only by role. We do not sell data to insurers, neighbors, competitors, or regulators.

“One more app nobody will use?”

The agronomist gets a phone that works without internet in the field. The director gets a map in the browser. We do not teach farming, and we do not ask anyone to learn a complex UI for a pretty NDVI picture.

“We already have an agronomist and GPS. Why you?”

We do not replace the fleet or the agronomist. We connect the GPS you already bought. The agronomist gets a map, a watering log, and scouting instead of a notebook and WhatsApp.

“If we leave, does field history disappear?”

Contours, reports, and journals export to KML, SHP, and Excel. History stays with the farm, not on someone else’s platform.
